At MANTLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
